New Features

Support requests are now available.

Description

This side-feature allows us to grow in line with your vines. Directly mention wrong translations, report problems or suggest new features.

You are free to create an account and keep track of your requests. It so not mandatory to create an account, the advantage of creating an account on our feedback platform is that you can see what we are doing with your requests. 

Of course, you can still call us!

Practical

You will find a link to the support at the bottom of the application. This will be available on all views, from login to configurations, from registrations to trace.

The support page is an external tool of Atlassian. To create a ticket, we do not require you to log in or create an account on Atlassian, we only require your email address.

If you would like to keep track of your requests, you can create an account log in to trace your tickets.

The support page is multi-language and adjusts according to your browser settings or user profile when logged in.

When you provide feedback via WhatsApp, phone, or email, a Tastefever employee will enter your feedback into our platform, linking it to your email address. We are not creating an account for you on this platform (GDPR); instead, we are connecting it to your email address to keep track of the feedback reporter.

How to use

The link to the support page is in the footer of the application, but you can also save the link as a bookmark for quick access. It is not linked to the platform itself.

Once on the support page, choose one of three options.

- New or missing features? We'd love to hear from you! Use this form to let us know which features you think are missing or would like to see added to the platform.

- Wrong translations? You can use this feedback form if translations in the platform are not how they shouldYou can use this feedback form if the translations on the platform are incorrect.

- Bugs or loss of data? We want to ensure everything runs smoothly for you. Use this form to report any bugs or data loss issues you encounter on the platform.

Bug fixes

Plant year of grape parcels no longer change after initial save.

Description

When a grape parcel was saved and then edited, the year of plantation occasionally changed to the previous year. We fixed this so this will not happen anymore.

Visualization of all registered fields in crop protection steps.

Description

In Trace-Vineyard there was an issue with the visualisation of some fields.

Example: Visually it would seem that there was no applicant of the crop protection or the start and end hour was not registered.

We investigated this bug and resolved it. All entered information should now be correctly displayed in the trace vineyard.
