Crop protection info is accurately recorded, and the spray logbook can be exported to Excel with one click.

The platform offers a clear view of harvest quantities and tracks harvested plots. I can set up selective harvest tasks and track batches accurately. This ensures correct communication and traceability data, giving our cellar manager access to the necessary information.

Inventory

It tracks the use of crop protection, fertilization, and biostimulant products. I can manage inventory efficiently, knowing product levels and making corrections. Detailed product information, including lot numbers and costs, is maintained. Excel files of vineyard inventory products can be exported if needed.

Overall, the platform has greatly improved and simplified my work as a vineyard manager, providing the tools and insights needed to manage the vineyard efficiently and effectively.

Basics

The platform centralizes information about our facilities, including vinification and storage areas, tanks, barrels, crates, and machinery. I can add employees with different access rights to register actions and view tasks or batch information.

Harvest

The platform provides detailed harvest information, including parcels, quantities, and harvest teams. It supports manual and mechanical harvest registration, monitoring harvest parameters and linking them to the batches. Grapes can be held in a cooled or dried state, and different processing methods can be tracked. Multiple cellar batches can be created from one or more harvest batch. The flexible harvest module simplifies the process of bringing grapes or juice into my cellar.

Cellar Module

With all actions logged, i allow quick tracing of batch history, this even down to vineyard actions. Important actions like racking, blending, and adding products, as well as shorter actions like pigeage, are registered. This creates a detailed wine recipe, making it easy to compare wines & vintage years and correlate activities. Actions can be performed on individual barrels, tanks, or entire batches. This allows for easy, quick, yet detailed registration of all performed actions.

Traceability

 It gives the possibility track specific wines from vineyard to bottle. In addition to wine-level traceability, you can also track individual barrels, including their cleaning, stored wines, and usage.

Inventory for Vinification Products

The digital tool tracks vinification products (additives and auxiliaries) by lot number, recording purchases, usage, and the wines they were used in. This helps recall specific wine batches if there are issues. The smart inventory system adjusts stock levels based on usage and allows corrections to match digital and physical quantities. We can track levels of various consumables used during vinification, from bottles and labels to vinification products.

Even when I am on business trips, selling our wines on the other side of the world, I can easily monitor the activities at our winery. In case of any issues with a particular wine, we can quickly trace the cause thanks to the accurate traceability provided by the system. One of our worst nightmares is having to recall a wine, but with the system tracking the various lot numbers from vineyard products to cellar products and wine batches, we only need to recall the necessary batches, saving us time and money. We value good traceability to guarantee the best quality grapes and wine. Although not a certification mark, Craft your Taste reassures us that our traceability is well-managed. All information is gathered in one place, on a single digital platform, making management much easier.
